Australia: 2 – 7 working days
We deliver products using Star Track Express within Australia.
Orders are dispatched within 2 – 3 business days of receiving the order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
At Byron Bay Beach Life our goal is to ensure you are happy.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 days of receipt of product.
If contact is made outside the 7 business days Byron Bay Beach Life may refuse return.
If the Item is received faulty we will be happy to exchange the product.
If you do not wish to exchange the product a full refund will be given on inspection of the returned faulty item deemed caused by the manufacturer.
Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If payment was made by EFT or cash, the refund will be issued to designated bank account after the returned product has been received and qualifies as a manufacturers fault & not a wear and tear issue.
How to return or exchange an item:
In order to return a faulty item please email email@example.com along with a full description of what the problem is (photos are a great help as well) with the product and reason for return.
Once Byron Bay Beach Life have assessed the information provided a confirmation for the return will be provided. Please do not send the product until you have received confirmation otherwise the product will be refused on delivery.
Once you receive confirmation place the number on the returned items packaging. Please return the package with your original receipt.
Postage return costs will be the responsibility of the sender.
Please allow for 10 days processing for all refunds given.
