RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
General | No returns or exchanges are made on opened / used items or changes of mind. Where possible items must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
Faulty Item | If an Item is received with a manufacturers fault we will be happy to exchange the part / product. Where a part / product is unable to be exchanged a full or partial refund may be offered.
Wrong item received - exchanges | If the wrong item is received due to dispatch error we will be happy to exchange the product on return of original.
Wear'n'Tear | Misuses | Items will not be exchanged, refunded or returned for wear and tear or misuse.
Timeframe | Claims for missing items, faulty or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 days of receipt of product.  If contact is made outside the 7 business days Byron Bay Beach Life may refuse return.
Return Postage Costs | All return postage costs are to be paid by the Customer (apart from Wrong Item Received above).

REFUNDS
The Refund will be processed via the original payment method used.
You will receive an email notification confirming that the Refund has been processed.
Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear.
