We currently ship within Australia only.


Where Your Order Ships From

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse partner in Melbourne.

Although we're proudly based in Byron Bay, we no longer operate a warehouse, so local pickup is not available.


Our Couriers

  • Most items: Australia Post
  • Larger items (e.g. umbrellas and mats): Direct Freight

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro areas and most East Coast locations: approx. 4–7 business days from dispatch
  • Remote and regional areas (WA, NT, Far North QLD, etc.): approx. 5–8 business days from dispatch

Please note: We don't currently offer express shipping. All orders are sent via standard delivery.


Order Processing & Tracking

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.


Please Note

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high parcel volumes (especially in the lead-up to Christmas) or weather events such as floods and fires. Any delays will be reflected in the estimated delivery date in your tracking.
