RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
General Returns
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, or for change of mind.
If your item is still unopened and in its original packaging, you’re welcome to return it within 10 days of receiving it.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturer’s fault, we’ll happily replace the affected part or the entire product.
If a replacement isn’t available, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Item Received
If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong product, we’ll arrange an exchange once the original item has been returned.
Wear & Tear / Misuse
Items showing wear and tear or misuse aren’t eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Timeframe for Claims
Claims for missing items, faulty products, or items damaged in transit must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
If contact is made after this timeframe, Byron Bay Beach Life may not be able to accept the claim.
Return Postage Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the wrong item was sent.
REFUNDS
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• You’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.
• Please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear.
